Samples must be submitted with a completed submission form. Incomplete forms may delay processing.
Standard turnaround time varies by test type and season. Rush processing may be available for an additional fee.
Results reflect the condition of the sample as received. We are not responsible for sampling errors that occur before submission.
Invoices are issued upon completion of testing and are due according to the terms specified on your invoice.
